Pacific Hoseflex has an immediate start opportunity for an Apprentice Fitter-Machinist to join our well-established company. The successful candidate will be required to complete a Certificate III in Mechanical Engineering.
How You'll Make a Difference
- Learn how to setup, operate and program CNC lathes
- Learn how to setup and operate manual lathes and manual universal milling machines
- Participate in on-the-job training
- Participate in scheduled maintenance
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following:
- A genuine desire to become a qualified engineering tradesperson
- Have a strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Self-motivation with a positive work ethic
- Commitment to on and off the job training
- A willingness to learn and work within a team environment
- Strong commitment to WHS
- Driver licence and a reliable vehicle would be preferred
