About the role
We are looking for reliable and motivated Process Workers with an immediate start.
As our Process Worker, you will be responsible for
- Pick and pack of eggs into cartons
- Loading cartons of eggs onto conveyor belts
- Working at a fast pace
- Repetitive tasks and can be standing and bending for long periods

- Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 2.30PM. Hours may extend with a PM shift of 2.30pm - 11.30pm.
Salary
Starting from $32.18 per hour depending on experience (penalty rates on afternoon shift)

Requirements
- Previous experience working in a packing/production environment.
- Used to working to a fast pace in a high-pressure setting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, bending, and lifting loads.
- Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.
- Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.
- A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening, is required before you begin.
- A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
