About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Forklift Operator for ongoing casual work with an immediate start at our Minchinbury site.
As our Warehouse Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for
- Operating forklift
- Moving pallets of dry goods/egg cartons
- Loading and offloading of refrigerated vehicles, ensuring stock rotation by Best Before Dates.
- Adhere to the Transport Schedule and promptly report any variances.
- Record movements of leased pallets and containers accurately.
- Ensure correct loading of outgoing Linehaul trucks to prevent damages.
- Monitor and maintain the functionality of refrigerated storage areas.
- Assist with compliance of load plans and transport schedules.
- Help maintain cleanliness and security in the warehouse.
- Adhere to OH&S policies and company procedures.
This role will involve approximately 30% forklift operation, with the remaining 70% focused on order picking, grading, and general chiller and warehouse duties.

- Must be flexible for additional hours on Saturday if required.

Requirements
- Proven experience in warehousing
- Valid forklift licence and hands on experience operating forklifts
- Clear communication skills, both when working independently and interacting as part of a team.
- A pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening is required
- A current Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
