You will operate a forklift in a freezer environment at temperatures as low as -23°C, ensuring the safe and efficient movement, storage, and handling of stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment at Marsden Park.
Key responsibilities
- Operating a High Reach forklift safely and efficiently in a cold storage/freezer environment
- Moving, loading, unloading, and storing pallets
- Handling stock and completing warehouse movements as required
- Using RF scanners and completing stock-related tasks where required
- Conducting routine forklift safety checks and reporting any issues
- Maintaining accurate stock placement and following warehouse procedures
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
About you
- Proven forklift operating experience in a freezer/cold storage environment is essential
- Valid and current Australian forklift licence
- Experience operating forklifts in temperatures as low as -23°C
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Own personal freezer gear or willingness to obtain the required gear
- Reliable transport and availability to commit to Monday–Friday rosters
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
