Ozroll, a Queensland manufacturing facility, is seeking a hands-on LEAN Manufacturing Lead to drive continuous improvement across four production departments and to take on Health & Safety Representative and Officer responsibilities. This role includes owning WHS policies and training while ensuring compliance across all areas of the plant.
You will coach supervisors and crews, lead safety audits, inspections and toolbox talks, and embed a culture of safety and operational excellence.
