Own the day-to-day operations that keep Ozler Care running smoothly. From customer onboarding workflows to internal processes and vendor management — you'll build the operational backbone of a fast-growing GovTech startup.
What you'll do
- Design and optimise internal workflows for customer onboarding, support, and renewals
- Manage relationships with key vendors, partners, and service providers
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and administrative functions
- Track operational KPIs and report to leadership on efficiency and bottlenecks
- Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and team onboarding
What you need
- 3+ years experience in operations, business management, or a similar role
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, or technology environment preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools (Notion, Slack, Google Workspace)
