Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Mandarin (a significant advantage) to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- The ability to multitask.
- Multimedia photo editing skill is preferred.
- Australian Driver's License and own vehicle for daily commuting.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Your role will provide administrative support relevant to all aspects of business operation.
- Answering incoming phone inquiries, making phone calls, sending and receiving emails, data entry, scanning, filing, and photographing.
- Counter service.
- File warranty claims with suppliers.
- Order processing.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Permanent full-time position. Free gym facility available for staff after hours. Friendly and enjoyable working environment.
