Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the wharf, providing outstanding customer service.
- Assist guests with ticket purchases and reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in transactions.
- Provide information about our thrilling jet boat rides, including safety procedures, departure times, and pricing.
- Promote additional services and packages to enhance guests' experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the wharf area, including ticketing booths and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth boarding procedures and departure schedules.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and school holidays.
- Current First Aid/CPR certification is desirable but not essential.
