As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced
Warehouse & Administration Manager to join our Perth team and play a key role in supporting our warehouse and logistics operations.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Logistics, you will oversee the day-to-day warehouse and administration operations at our
Welshpool facility .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day warehouse operation and team.
- Lead, train and develop warehouse and administration staff.
- Plan and coordinate picking, receiving, dispatch and stock transfers.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy and effective use of warehouse space.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, performance and labour costs.
- Coordinate local deliveries, collections and transfers.
- Manage the local DI truck, including servicing, maintenance and utilisation.
- Oversee warehouse administration, including backorders, invoicing, reports, credits, RAs and stock returns.
- Provide support to stores, Customer Care and internal departments.
- Coordinate home delivery administration and follow‑up requirements.
- Ensure a safe, clean and compliant warehouse environment.
- Identify operational issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency and service levels.
- Provide operational coverage and support during staff absences.
About You

- Experienced in inventory management, receiving, dispatch and warehouse processes.

- A hands‑on leader who is prepared to get involved and lead by example.
- Someone who takes ownership, solves problems and gets things done.
