Oyster Care Foundation is recruiting an Executive Manager - Legal, Governance & Chief of Staff in Sydney.
This isn’t a traditional EA role, and it isn’t a legal-practitioner role. It’s a broad senior leadership position working closely with our CEO to keep governance, compliance, legal coordination and executive priorities moving forward across a growing group of organisations.
You’ll be involved in everything from managing external legal advisers and compliance registers to board governance, NDIS audits, ACNC reporting, executive briefings and ensuring actions across the business are followed through.
We’re particularly interested in experienced professionals from Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, paralegal, legal operations or governance backgrounds who are comfortable working closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment.
What’s on offer
$90,000 + super
Performance bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary, to be negotiated after probation
