Oxley College is an independent, co-educational, non-denominational P–12 day school of approximately 850 students, located in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands; big enough to cater, small enough to care. The Opportunity
The School Accountant is responsible for leading a small team running the College’s finance function, including the accurate day to day operations of the accounting team including assisting the Business Manager in the financial functions, resource and business management of the College. This includes ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, cash flow management, statutory compliance, audit preparation, sound financial governance, effective financial controls and efficient financial operations.
Operating under the direction of the Business Manager, the School Accountant will deliver functions in accordance with the college policies, legislative requirements and within budgetary constraints to assist with decision‑making, long‑term financial sustainability and the achievement of the College’s strategic objectives.
