About The Role

Reporting to the State Manager, you will be responsible for maximising store performance through inspiring leadership, commercial capability, operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will be a key driver in creating a positive team culture, developing your people and ensuring the store consistently reflects the values and standards of the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Senior Retail Leader
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, premium retail, accessories, jewellery or other customer-focused retail environments is highly regarded
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, KPIs and commercial outcomes
• Strong leadership capability with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a team
• Experience managing and developing teams of approximately 3–6 team members
• Commercial confidence with the ability to analyse performance, manage budgets and make informed decisions
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• A passion for customer experience, presentation and creating an engaging store environment
• A flexible and proactive approach with the ability to adapt in a changing retail landscape

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs and financial targets
• Recruit, coach and develop team members to reach their full potential
• Manage store operations including rostering, stock control and compliance
• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and brand presentation
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute positively to the wider business
