Oxford Shop is seeking a motivated Data Entry Operator to join our team in Sefton, NSW. This is a casual role, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexible work. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining our company's data records.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately inputting data into our computer system
- Cross-checking and verifying data for accuracy
- Maintaining and updating our database as required
- Coordinate small admin tasks, handle routine emails, and follow up on matters related to admin.
- Prepare, organize, and file import documents such as invoices, packing lists, and others.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining shipment records.
- Timely data entry and invoice processing. Purchase order to be matched with the packing list and invoice.
- Actioning any ad hoc administrative requests as needed.
What we're looking for
- Previous admin or office support experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with warehousing systems or logistics workflow (Preferred)
- Proficient in data entry and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadline

Schedule: 8-hour shift (7:00am to 3:00pm)
