Oxford PharmaGenesis, part of the Klick Health Family, is looking for a talented Associate Medical Writer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. You will help to support a range of domestic, Asia-Pacific and global accounts, while collaborating closely with colleagues around the world.
As our team continues to grow, we have an exciting entry-level opportunity for someone looking to apply their scientific background and writing skills to a range of medical communications projects. You will join our highly skilled, close-knit and collaborative team who work in our office in the heart of Melbourne.
Alongside our talented writing and client services teams, you will help to develop publications (manuscripts, abstracts, posters, slide decks) for a busy global client account. There will also be opportunities to support other types of projects, such as medical education materials.
At Oxford PharmaGenesis, we take our responsibility to provide support and training for our Associate Medical Writers seriously and we ensure that you have the best possible start to your career in medical writing.
We are looking for a talented individual who has:
- a science background; a science PhD, preferably in life sciences, would be advantageous
- excellent attention to detail
- strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritize tasks effectively and meet agreed deadlines
- confidence when communicating with a range of scientific and healthcare professionals
- a passion for communicating science
- a ‘can-do’ attitude that supports great teamwork.
