Are you an experienced retail leader who loves creating a great customer experience and building a high-performing team? healthSAVE Lowood Pharmacy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day retail operations of our pharmacy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about retail, people and customer service, and who wants to make a real impact within a community-focused pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a retail team to deliver outstanding customer service
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory control, merchandising, and stock management
- Manage staff rostering, training, and performance management
- Ensure the store is visually appealing, clean, and well-organised
- Drive sales growth through promotions, customer engagement, and team leadership
- Collaborate with the Pharmacist Manager to align business goals and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Foster a positive work culture and create a supportive environment for the team
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in pharmacy
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
