As an office all-rounder, you will play a pivotal role in our day-to-day hire and sale operations. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers—building strong relationships, coordinating equipment hire, and ensuring every job runs smoothly from booking through to return. This is a fast‑paced, hands‑on role where attention to detail and customer service excellence are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customers with accurate equipment availability and tailored hire solutions
- Coordinate transport, delivery, and collection of machinery and vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of equipment across the branch, on hire, and in service or repair
- Monitor and manage hire agreements, contracts, and associated documentation
- Identify and maximise sales opportunities through daily customer interactions
About You
- Previous experience in hire, consumable sales, construction, logistics, or a similar operational role (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
- A proactive team player with a solutions-focused mindset
