  • Identify meaningful goals and practical strategies utilising The Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework, with a commitment to eliminate restrictive practices, in the home and community.
  • Develop, deliver and evaluate evidence-based support plans within a complex support space.
  • Ensure individual plans reflect our clients' goals, passions and strengths.
  • Build the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support our clients - family, carers, friends, etc.

  • Supervision and Support: You will receive weekly 1:1 clinical supervision from an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner, plus opportunities to join group-based supervisions from the very beginning.
  • Build Your Career: You will prepare an individualised Continuing Professional Development (CPD) plan and Supervision Agreement with your supervisor to plan out your journey from 'suitable' to Core through to Advanced level of suitability as a practitioner.
