We’re looking for a Creative Content & Production Coordinator to join the Outcast Creative team and help bring the brand to life across campaigns, e-commerce, content and social.
This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who can balance creative thinking, content creation and production coordination.
You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and wider Creative, Social, Marketing and E‑Commerce teams across shoot planning, creative development, content capture and production.
One day you might be building a mood board, researching locations or organising samples; the next you could be coordinating talent, helping run a shoot or being the person behind the camera capturing photo and video content on set.
We want someone who is naturally plugged into social, fashion and internet culture and brings that perspective into the Creative and Production team.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with the Creative Director and wider team to bring campaign, social, content and e‑commerce ideas to life.
- Help develop mood boards, creative references, shot lists, call sheets and production plans.
- Support location scouting, styling prep, visual research and creative planning.
- Bring relevant creative and social references into the team, including campaigns, creators, locations and cultural moments.
- Coordinate samples, products, props, talent and shoot requirements, while keeping the Creative and Social production calendar on track.
- Coordinate and take ownership of e‑commerce studio shoots from planning through to delivery.
- Be hands‑on across shoot days, supporting talent, wardrobe, styling, equipment and general production.
- Be directly responsible for shooting photo and video content on set using i Phone and digital cameras, including directing talent and capturing a strong variety of usable content.
- Think proactively on set, identify additional content opportunities and ensure everything stays aligned with the Outcast aesthetic and creative direction.
- Liaise with talent, agencies, photographers, freelancers and production partners.
- Support domestic and international productions, including travel, shoot logistics, flights, accommodation, transport and schedules.
- Help track Creative production expenses and keep projects aligned with approved budgets.
- What You’ll Bring
- 1-3 years’ experience in creative content, production, fashion, media or a similar environment.
- A strong creative eye and passion for fashion, photography, content and visual storytelling.
- Strong i Phone photography and videography skills, with confidence physically shooting content and directing talent on set.
- Confidence using digital cameras is highly regarded.
- Strong Cap Cut editing skills; Canva and Adobe experience are a bonus.
- A strong understanding of Tik Tok, Instagram, creators, internet culture and what makes content feel native to social.
- A natural pulse on fashion, beauty, pop culture, nightlife and Gen Z trends.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work confidently with lots of different personalities.
- A proactive, can‑do attitude with the confidence to jump in, solve problems and figure things out.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel frequently, including internationally for shoots.
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence.
- You’ll Fit Right In If…
- You’re creative but organised.
- You’re naturally curious, chronically online and genuinely interested in what’s happening across fashion, culture, creative and social.
- You don’t just consume content and creative — you think about why something works and how it could translate into something relevant for Outcast.
- You can arrive on set, understand the brief and confidently shoot strong photo and video without needing every shot dictated to you.
- You’re practical, detail‑focused and happy to get stuck into the production side of Creative.
- You can move from building a mood board to organising samples, coordinating talent and getting behind the camera without missing a beat.
- You understand Outcast - our customer, aesthetic, attitude and culture - and want to help push the creative forward.
- You’re excited by the opportunity to travel internationally and are comfortable being away for extended periods when required.
- What Success Looks Like
- Shoots feel organised, considered and easy for the wider team to execute.
- You’re across the important details without needing to be told every step.
- You take initiative and find solutions when things change.
- You contribute creatively, not just administratively.
- You confidently create and capture strong photo and video content on set.
- You build strong relationships with the people you work with, both internally and externally.
- You become someone the Creative team can trust to get things moving.
- You’re constantly learning and growing your production, creative and content skills.
- You help create work that feels unmistakably Outcast.
