Breakthru is seeking a casual team member for our Charlestown site, offering 36.5 hours per week with open availability. The role includes:
- Active night shifts
- Personal care
- Rotating rosters
- Short shifts
- Regular and occasional weekend work
- Driving a pool car
- Access to a private vehicle to transport participants
You’ll work out in the community and homes, building real connections and helping participants achieve their goals in real‑world settings, while upholding dignity and choice.
