About The Role
- Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Build a sales and customer satisfaction culture.
- Team training and development.
- Stock management, and reporting.
- Implementing initiatives and promotions in-store.
- Managing and addressing human resources, rostering, safety and operational matters as they arise.
- Adhering to and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
About You & Your Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Retail Manager (or similar) position.
- Experience working in a remote/regional location.
- A passion to drive your own career, and others around you, forward.
- Well-developed and professional communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and training to others.
- Ability to adapt to change.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
