About the Venue: The Brighton Hotel Precinct is home to some of Sydney's most exciting premium dining experiences. Located in Brighton-Le-Sands, our hospitality precinct includes established venues such as Benetti's, Ammos, Le Grand Grill, and Sands Bar, with more exciting venues opening soon.
About the Role: We are seeking experienced and passionate Bar Supervisors to join the Brighton Hotel precinct team. You will help lead bar operations, support the delivery of exceptional beverage service, and ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys taking ownership of bar operations, and wants to continue developing their leadership career within a premium hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise bar operations during peak service and closing shifts
- Lead, motivate and support bar staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Prepare cocktails to venue standards and maintain strong product knowledge
- Oversee stock control, ordering and bar presentation
- Ensure RSA compliance and uphold responsible service practices
- Assist with training, onboarding and maintaining service consistency
- Work collaboratively with venue management and the wider precinct team to achieve service and revenue targets
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and operational efficiency
- Support a consistent, premium beverage experience across the precinct's bars and dining venues
About You:
- Previous experience in a bar leadership or supervisory role
- Strong cocktail knowledge and a genuine passion for great drinks
- Confidence leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A positive, professional and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, well-presented and willing to take ownership of evening operations
- Flexible availability across evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship not available for this role)
