About the role
5+ month contract role.
Oscar Oscar Salons are searching for an enthusiastic salon coordinatorfor our Chermside salonon a contractbasis for 5+ months, starting in June 2026.
You must be available to work some late night trading.
The ideal candidates would be energetic with a \"can do'' attitude and approach to their work.
Duties
- Represent the Oscar Oscar salon brand face to face & on the phone
- Coordinate the appointment book
- Provide a6 star guest experience
- Reporting for management
- The Perfect Candidate
- Take pride in their appearance, and be fashion-forward
- Have strong retail/customer service experience
- Have an infectiously upbeat personality, with an even temperament in challenging situations
- Be extremely KPI focused, and committed to helping both stylists and salon achieve and exceed target
