As an Osara Health Coach, you'll support people who have been diagnosed with cancer, and the people who care for them, to adopt evidence-based behaviours that improve their outcomes, such as exercise, nutrition and symptom tracking. Using empathy and accountability, you'll help participants set meaningful health goals and work towards them. You'll ask good questions, offer practical suggestions and tools, and help people take back a sense of control over their health. You'll guide participants through our structured programs by phone, SMS and email.
Note: We are hiring immediately for Exercise Physiologists (Must be ESSA Accredited), however other health professions are encouraged to apply as we are regularly recruiting for health coaches with other backgrounds.
The roles we are recruiting for will start with 2-3 days per week (9-5), with the opportunity to increase as you progress.
This is a remote role, based Australia-wide.

Work within a coaching scope of practice. You'll support behaviour change and wellbeing, not provide specific medical advice
Take part in team meetings and share insights that help us improve our programs
