Orro is seeking a Level 2 Cisco Unified Communications engineer to support a large enterprise voice environment. You will work across Cisco Webex Dedicated Instance, CUCM, Unity Connection, and a voice infrastructure that keeps telephony highly available.
You will partner with the Networks team, customers and providers to resolve issues and deliver migrations. The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco UC platforms, strong SIP expertise, and excellent English communication.
