We’re not your run-of-the-mill project team. At Orro, we deliver some of Australia’s most complex networking projects from WAN and LAN builds to SD-WAN, firewalls, and everything in between. We’re looking for a Network Services Project Manager who can bring structure, clarity, and confidence to our clients as they transition onto Orro’s platforms.

If you thrive on leading projects that matter, love working with people, and want to shape the future of connected services, we’d love to hear from you.

About Orro: We’re an Australian success story, now close to 500 people strong, delivering secure, end-to-end digital solutions across cloud, collaboration, cyber security, data services and network infrastructure, all backed by over 20 years of experience. Trusted by some of Australia’s biggest brands, Orro leads the way in designing, building and operating digital infrastructure that delivers greater efficiency, agility, performance and resilience.

Our mission? To create “future now” solutions making it faster, simpler and safer for people to access, store and share information, wherever they are and whoever they’re with. But more than that, we know that real impact comes from connecting people, not just machines. That’s why we take the time to understand our clients; how they work, what matters to them, and where they’re headed so we can deliver not just what they need today, but what they’ll need next.

With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth, and teams across New Zealand, the Philippines and the UK, Orro is known for delivering future-ready solutions, backed by deep expertise, genuine human insight and lasting partnerships.

What You’ll Be Doing: The Network Services Project Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of client projects across Orro’s networking portfolio. You’ll oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives covering WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, and routers, ensuring smooth transitions onto Orro’s platforms. This role blends technical awareness with strong project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumen to deliver outcomes that make a real impact for our clients and our business:

  • Take ownership of networking infrastructure projects ensuring every milestone is met and every detail counts.
  • Build strong connections with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who guides them through network transitions and modernisation initiatives with confidence.
  • Plan, track, and deliver projects (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, routers) on time and on budget, while keeping risks, issues, and changes firmly under control.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with vendors and technology partners to keep everyone aligned and focused on outcomes.
  • Spot opportunities to create extra value for clients and collaborate with the sales team on future networking and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Keep communication clear and open from detailed technical project updates to managing escalations with calm and clarity.
  • Balance customer outcomes with commercial goals to deliver win-win results for Orro and our clients.

What You’ll Bring: We’re looking for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and brings both technical awareness and people skills to the table. You’re not just a project manager you’re a communicator, a problem-solver, and someone who knows how to get the best out of teams:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience delivering complex networking infrastructure projects (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
  • Degree or qualification in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management certification (AIPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar).
  • Excellent communicator and negotiator who builds confidence with clients and colleagues.

Bonus Points: Aviation industry experience. Even if you don’t tick every box, don’t let that hold you back. If this sounds like your kind of challenge, we’d genuinely love to hear from you.

Why Orro? At Orro, we’re proud to support our people and the people who matter most to them in meaningful and inclusive ways. From public holiday swaps that embrace family and cultural diversity, to generous parental and caregiver leave, flexible work options, and company-wide mentoring, we’re here to help you thrive at every stage of life.

We also invest in the future through our Emerging Leaders Development Program, nurturing the next generation of talent from within. On top of that, you’ll enjoy 3 days of paid volunteer leave each year, novated leasing, employee discounts, and full access to our wellbeing platform packed with expert fitness plans, nutrition tips, and tools to help you feel your best, inside and out.
