This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you’ll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.

This role is all about accuracy, organisation, and collaboration - you’ll play a key part in preparing vehicle quotations and supporting our Novated Specialists to deliver great outcomes for our customers.
INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Prepare accurate and timely vehicle quotations in our systems (Salesforce/ORION)
- Liaise with dealers, via phone and email, to obtain pricing and follow up on quotes
- Support Novated Specialists to ensure quotes are processed efficiently and correctly
- Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Dealer Relations, Credit, and Repairs & Maintenance
- Maintain a high standard of accuracy and meet KPIs around turnaround times
- Be part of a supportive, collaborative team environment with regular catch-ups and knowledge sharing
WHAT YOU HAVE:
- Proven experience in administration and data entry roles within a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume tasks
- Confidence working with numbers and processing information quickly and correctly
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal,
- Knowledge of vehicles and vehicle accessories
- A positive, can-do attitude and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
