About the role:

You’ll work with technology teams and system owners to turn security findings into clear, practical actions that help protect our customers, services and critical assets. Your ability to engage stakeholders, understand their priorities and keep actions moving will be central to your success. You’ll also build your knowledge of security tools, analysis and risk-based decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships across infrastructure, application, cloud and vendor teams to support timely resolution of security issues.
- Investigate and validate findings, bringing together information to explain the issue and its business context.
- Communicate findings clearly and work with stakeholders to prioritise actions based on risk, impact and effort.
- Track actions through to completion, partnering with Security and Risk colleagues where further assessment or escalation is needed.
- Help maintain security tools and asset information, and contribute to reporting, documentation and process improvements.
About you:
You’re curious, analytical and keen to learn. You enjoy working with people, making sense of information and taking ownership of outcomes. You’ll bring:
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and an investigative mindset.
- Experience coordinating issues or actions across teams and following them through to resolution.
- A foundation in IT systems or technology operations, supported by a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
- An interest in cyber security and a willingness to develop your knowledge of security tools, vulnerabilities and remediation.
- Experience with security tooling, cloud technologies, data analysis or scripting would be valuable.
