The Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Cement Renderer to join our growing team. You will work across a variety of projects, applying your rendering expertise while having the opportunity to develop your skills in speciality finishes, including acrylic texture, microcement, and venetian plaster. Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces and applying a range of rendering systems
- Working across brick, block, Hebel, greenboard, and tiled surfaces
- Setting up sites, operating render pumps and completing cleanup
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe worksite
- Working collaboratively with Supervisors and teammates to achieve high-quality finishes
- Taking pride in your work and maintaining professional standards on every job
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in cement rendering, with relevant qualifications highly regarded
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliability, punctuality, and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transport - essential for this role
- Valid Australian work rights or an appropriate visa permitting employment in Australia. (Visa sponsorship may be considered for the right candidate)
