Be at the heart of keeping our Mt Thorley maintenance facility organised, compliant and operating effectively. As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work a Monday to Friday roster, providing essential coordination and administrative support across the facility, working closely with contractors and supporting inspections, compliance activities, documentation, deliveries and spare-parts inventory. From managing Enablon actions and SAP inventory movements to coordinating onsite inductions, receiving deliveries and supporting general site upkeep, you will enjoy plenty of variety in your day.

What you will be doing:
- You will coordinate day-to-day facility and workshop administration activities;
- Manage facility Redbook inspections and repairs in line with SAP Plant Maintenance requirements;
- Maintain facility documentation and support compliance with relevant procedures and legislative requirements;
- Coordinate onsite contractors, inductions and legislative inspections;
- Manage Facility Enablon actions, including documentation updates and compliance requirements;
- You will receive, unload and safely store deliveries using a forklift;
- Support general site upkeep and maintain compliance with council requirements;
- Manage stocktakes, spare-parts inventory and goods movements in SAP.
What you will bring:
- A High Risk Work Licence (Forklift) is mandatory;
- Experience in facility coordination and administration;
- A practical understanding of maintenance facility operations;
- Experience with SAP, SAP Plant Maintenance and inventory control;
- Knowledge of spare-parts inventory management;
- A strong safety focus, customer service mindset and interpersonal awareness.
