Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and Toyota-specific technical information to pinpoint root causes.
- Perform in-depth electrical system diagnostics including troubleshooting sensor networks, control modules, and wiring harnesses to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
- Analyze engine performance data, fuel systems, and emissions controls to identify and resolve drivability concerns and meet environmental standards.
- Conduct comprehensive brake system and ABS diagnostics ensuring the safety and reliability of critical braking components.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
- ASE Certifications (A1-A8, L1, Gare) highly desirable, with a preference for Toyota-specific certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician, with a strong focus on diagnostics in Toyota.
- Proven experience working with Toyota vehicles, demonstrating familiarity with their unique systems and common problems.
