Business Development Manager

We are an international recruitment consultancy specializing in automotive talent solutions across Australia, and we're now looking to expand our presence within the Australian market.

Over the past 5 years, our business has grown consistently, supported by a strong backend team of 30–40 professionals across sourcing, pre-sales, and operations. While our on-ground Australian presence is currently lean, this role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership and play a key role in scaling the business locally.

This is not a passive account management role. We're looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and confident in winning new business within the automotive sector.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing new business opportunities across dealerships and automotive-related businesses
• Building strong client relationships through in-person meetings and networking
• Generating and converting leads through proactive outreach and business development
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Working closely with our offshore support and pre-sales teams
• Identifying opportunities for repeat business and long-term partnerships

What We're Looking For:

• Automotive industry exposure is highly preferred
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-driven and comfortable working in a high-ownership environment

Motivated by performance and commission-based earnings
