Orange Sky is seeking a process-driven, technology-focused professional to optimise volunteer lifecycles using our My OS/Rosterfy platform.
You will map journeys, design workflows, and create guides that help staff and volunteers navigate the system smoothly.
The role reports to the Senior Manager Operations Support and bridges people and technology in an 18-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll collaborate closely with a Learning & Development Specialist and Data & Insights teams.
