About the Role
You'll work at the intersection of software engineering, AI, and customer delivery.
You'll partner with clients to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications that deliver real business outcomes.
This is a highly hands-on engineering role where you'll own solutions from concept through deployment and work with some of the latest advancements in Generative AI and Agentic Systems.
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI applications using LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.
- Develop scalable AI solutions using Python, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.
- Lead technical delivery across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture through production deployment.
- Optimize AI solutions for reliability, scalability, security, and performance in production environments.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices across the team.
About You
- Strong software engineering experience with
Python and modern application development practices.
Experience building, deploying, and supporting AI applications in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with
Gen AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Agentic AI, or Multi-Agent Systems.
- Proven track record building AI solutions beyond basic RAG implementations.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery skills, with a track record of driving business outcomes.
