Account Manager - Optus Business & Mid Market

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Professional for the position of Account Manager, to help us grow and retain our valued customers.
The primary objective of this role is to retain and grow our customer base by providing technology solutions that address business needs. This is a sales focused role.
What you'll be doing
Actively manage and GROW a portfolio of business customers in Queensland
Support and maintain strong relationships with current and future customers
Identify opportunities to drive revenue growth through expansion of product holdings
Collaborate with internal pre-sales teams to deliver tailored solutions and strategies to win in market
Development of account plans and sales strategies to achieve set targets
Growing and sufficient maintaining sales pipeline
Regular training to develop your skills and knowledge
What we're looking for
Proven track record in B2B solution selling (telecommunications or technology industry preferable)
Strong relationship-building and customer focus with the ability to understand and address business needs
Negotiation skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated success achieving sales targets
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office suite
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Desire to continuously learn and develop your skills
