Optimum Health Solutions is establishing a dedicated pre‑employment and corporate health screening service, and we need a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to lead it. Not to step into something ready‑made. To build it from scratch and run it.
As Pre‑Employment and Corporate Health Manager, you will:
- Design the operational model
- Develop the screening protocols
- Set up the triage and workflow systems
- Manage delivery across multiple corporate client contracts
You will be the primary clinical and operational lead for everything that happens between a contract being signed and a result being delivered. This is not a pure clinical role and it is not a pure management role. It is for someone who is clinically credible, operationally minded, and confident enough to represent Optimum in front of corporate clients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Designing the pre‑employment and corporate health screening service model from the ground up
- Developing standardised screening protocols, triage workflows, and client reporting tools
- Managing end-to-end delivery across multiple corporate contracts simultaneously
- Conducting pre‑employment functional assessments, musculoskeletal screenings, and fitness for work evaluations
- Managing corporate client relationships and serving as the primary operational contact
- Building and supervising a team of practitioners as the service scales
What you'll bring:
- Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Current AHPRA registration and APA or ESSA membership
- 4+ years post‑graduate experience with exposure to occupational health, pre‑employment screening, or workplace health
- Strong functional and musculoskeletal assessment skills
- Confidence working in corporate environments with non‑clinical stakeholders
- Operational mindset with the ability to manage logistics across multiple sites and contracts
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across NSW
