Optimum Health Solutions is seeking a Community Registered Nurse to support NDIS participants across Western Sydney, anchored around our Blacktown clinic. This part-time role involves visiting participants in their homes and communities, managing your own diary and travel.
You will work independently with clinical skill and a friendly manner, with a clear path to full-time as your caseload grows, backed by a multidisciplinary team across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology.
