- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored exercise programs
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve health, function and independence
- Support clients to achieve meaningful physical, social and lifestyle goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to maximise client outcomes
- Maintain clinical documentation and reporting requirements
- WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) status with ESSA
- Minimum 2 years' NDIS experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Current driver's licence and access to a vehicle
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
