We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the strategy for a multi-site property group. This is a strategic, desk-based role: you'll be setting direction, analysing performance and directing agencies rather than producing content or running events on-site.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and execute the digital marketing strategy across a portfolio of properties
- Direct and hold external agencies accountable to performance targets across SEO, SEM, social and email
- Build and interpret marketing dashboards, track ROI and report to stakeholders on what's working and what isn't
- Guide property teams remotely on the centralised marketing tools and platforms available to them
- Manage marketing budgets and reconcile spend across the portfolio each month
- Conduct competitor pricing reviews and SWOT analysis to inform strategy for existing sites and new developments
- Ensure website content and pricing accuracy across the digital booking experience
What We're Looking For
- Strong grasp of digital and social analytics, SEO and SEM, with the confidence to direct and challenge agencies on performance
- Comfortable owning a multi-site portfolio from a desk
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within the property sector
- Sharp with numbers: budgets, ROI reporting, UTM tracking and dashboard management
- A confident communicator who can influence property teams and lead external agencies alike
- Valid National Police Check and full Australian working rights required
What's In It For You
- Flexible working arrangements, with WFH options once you're settled in
- A fun, energetic office culture, with monthly morning teas.
- Caffeine is supplied in-office
- Recognition that goes beyond the annual review, including on-the-spot awards, plus milestone rewards to celebrate your tenure
- Study leave, reward and recognition leave, and a parental leave return bonus
- Genuine investment in your growth, with access to professional development, leadership and wellbeing programs
