This is an exciting opportunity to work with US-based colleagues to lead complex initiatives with real autonomy, champion rapid, evidence-based learning, and coach other Product Engineers to work the same way. You won’t just consume a prioritised backlog — what you learn will shape the roadmap.What you’ll doOwn outcomes end to end. Lead delivery on complex product problems with clear accountability for measurable business results.Build robust solutions. Design and implement across our legacy and modern platforms, and release safely through CI/CD with the right testing, monitoring and operational follow-through.Drive discovery. Use user and problem research, prototypes and technical spikes to make clear go/no-go calls before scaling up.Embed product thinking. Bring hypothesis-driven delivery and outcome metrics into team rituals and stakeholder conversations.Coach and share. Mentor Product Engineers and peers on discovery, product operating model behaviours and technical craft; share reusable assets and patterns across teams.Challenge the feature factory. Call it out constructively and propose outcome-based alternatives.Lead with AI.
