Your Opportunity
As a recent graduate or experienced Optometrist in our NSW State Relief team, you will work with world class technology including Visual Field Analyser, OPTOS UWDRS and OCT. Enjoy a generous state relief loading, 5 weeks of annual leave, and one 3-day weekend every month. You’ll work alongside supportive teams with access to leading clinical technology. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable optometrist who enjoys variety, building connections and delivering exceptional patient care.
Your Responsibilities
- Perform eye examinations for a broad range and scope of customers by taking on different types of appointments e.g. kids, contact lenses, therapeutics etc.
- Confidently recommend lens solutions based on customer lifestyles.
- Clearly explain lens technology, communicating the features and benefits of lens products to customers.
- Coach and mentor Graduate Optometrists in the usage and recommendation of technology to customers.
- Work with the Store Manager and Managing Optometrists to maximise Eyecare revenue.
