Working closely with the Purchasing Manager, you will provide day-to-day administrative support and help ensure the purchasing function runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising and processing purchase orders
- Assisting with purchasing-related paperwork and data entry
- Maintaining accurate records and filing
- Assisting with regular stock takes and inventory checks
- Liaising with suppliers and internal staff as required
- Following up orders and assisting with general purchasing enquiries
- Other general office and administrative duties as required
