Open House Conveyancing is seeking a conveyancer or property lawyer to join our team in Wollongong, NSW on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work across residential and commercial conveyancing matters and leases, handling contracts and client advice.
You'll manage conveyancing files day to day, prepare and register documents using PEXA and NSW Land Registry Services, and liaise with banks, real estate agents and clients to progress settlements efficiently.
