Open House Conveyancing / Wollongong City Lawyers in Wollongong NSW is seeking a conveyancing assistant/paralegal to join our team on a casual or part-time basis. The role supports the Principal Solicitor and handles day-to-day conveyancing matters across NSW and ACT.
You will open and close files, liaise with banks, real estate agents and caveators, draft template documents, and contribute to timely settlements.
