Opella is seeking a Production Coordinator for night shifts (10:00pm–6:00am) in Brisbane. You will support the Production Lead in coordinating people and processes to meet nightly production requirements, ensuring safety, quality and cost targets are met.
You will also upskill operators, drive continuous improvement, and deliver projects under supervision. The role focuses on leadership, data‐driven decision making, and resource management to maximise outputs while upholding regulatory standards
