About the Role
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step in your career? Join Opal HealthCare as a Senior Registered Nurse, supporting clinical excellence across three care communities. This unique role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to mentor teams while delivering exceptional resident-centred care. Working closely with leadership teams, you'll provide clinical guidance, support quality and compliance initiatives, and help drive outstanding outcomes for residents across multiple locations.
What You'll Do
- Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
- Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
- Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
- Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
