The opportunity:
- As a Relief Care Manager you will be an experienced Clinician with the capacity to flexibly work across a number of our Care Communities within NSW West.
- You will support the General Manager of the assigned home, on a short or longer term basis, in leading their care team to deliver excellence in care to our residents.
- Full time Roving Care Manager opportunity.
- Work across a number of our Care Communities across Western NSW.
- Support the General Manager & clinical teams at the assigned care community.
- Short term & long term assignments.
- Promote continuous clinical improvement.
- Actively monitor the ongoing successful delivery of the Aged Care Standards.
- Build meaningful relationships with our team, residents and their families.
- Develop & mentor a team of clinicians and contribute to positive team culture.

Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in Leadership or Management role in an aged care or other health sectors desired.
- Fully flexible to travel to support organisational requirements.
- RN AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of aged care industry, regulations and funding (AACQA; ACFI).
- The ability to promote continuous clinical improvement.
