About the Role
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a Melbourne-based Care Community including people leadership, customer outcomes and full P&L performance responsibilities.
- Drive a positive and inspiring team culture to deliver high-quality care and well-being services to older people.
- Develop strong and connected relationships with residents, families, health professionals and the wider community.
