We are seeking a values-led General Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and fostering a person-centred culture. - Lead and inspire clinical and non-clinical teams to deliver a high-performing, values-led culture
- Own performance outcomes across care quality, financials, compliance and resident experience
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, team members and the local community
- Drive operational excellence through strong systems, continuous improvement and capable leaders

What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in a highly regulated, service-led environment (e.g. aged care, health or community services)
- Strong ability to inspire and develop teams, fostering an engaged, high-performing culture
- Commercial acumen with strong financial capability and a commitment to quality care
- Highly effective communication skills with a visible, hands-on leadership style
- Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks, quality standards and risk management
- AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (highly regarded)
