About the Role
We're looking for caring and dedicated Assistant in Nursing / Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working as part of a supportive care team, you'll provide person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Tweed River Care Community is conveniently located in the centre of Tweed Heads. Our Care Community is within minutes of Tweed Mall Shopping Centre, Tweed Heads Bowls Club and the beautiful beaches of the region. Our residents enjoy socialising outdoors in our tropical gardens and courtyards, or in our cosy indoor lounges. Our cafe is a lovely inviting spot to catch up with visiting family and friends.
What You'll Do
- Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
- Assist residents to maintain independence, dignity and wellbeing
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families and team members
- Observe, report and respond to changes in residents' wellbeing
- Support a safe, clean and comfortable living environment
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team to deliver exceptional care
- Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
- Compassion, empathy and a genuine desire to support older people
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
