Our client is a well-established leader in the Building Supplies Industry and is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join their team in Townsville, QLD for an immediate start. This is a casual position with ongoing work available for the right candidate.
About the Role
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Operating an LF Forklift
- General warehouse duties
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Assisting with stock movement and inventory control
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Monday to Friday roster
- Shifts available: 6:00am - 2:00pm or 7:00am - 3:00pm
To Be Successful, You Must Have
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Reliable transport and ability to commute to Townsville, QLD
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Availability to commence ASAP
- Ability to undertake manual handling tasks
- Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screening before commencing employment
